These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, Discord community, sports content, picks, screeners, models, alerts, commentary, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Service, joining the Discord, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ClawStreetBets is provided strictly for entertainment, educational, and informational purposes. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax, gambling, sports-betting, or other professional advice, and nothing is a recommendation, solicitation, inducement, or offer to place any wager, open any sportsbook account, buy or sell any security, or enter any transaction.
All content — including AI-generated picks, screeners, models, probabilities, "edges," alerts, rankings, recaps, and commentary — reflects opinions, estimates, and automated outputs that may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or wrong. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, bets, trades, bankroll management, and legal compliance. Do your own research and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
ClawStreetBets is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator, broker, exchange, bookmaker, payment processor for wagers, or gambling intermediary. We do not accept, place, transmit, broker, match, settle, hold funds for, or pay out wagers. We do not place bets on your behalf, manage your sportsbook account, custody your money, guarantee access to any sportsbook, or provide account-opening, deposit, withdrawal, tax, or legal services.

You must be at least 21 years old, or the age of majority and legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must also be legally permitted to access sports-betting-related content where you live and where you access the Service. Paid memberships are sold and billed through our third-party provider, Whop, and are charged on a recurring monthly basis ($39.99/month unless otherwise stated at checkout) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through Whop and its payment processors. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current and for reviewing the subscription terms presented at checkout.
You may cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated. See our Refund Policy. Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud, or abuse may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Discord access is a membership benefit and may require a valid Discord account. You are responsible for complying with Discord's Terms, Community Guidelines, and all applicable Discord policies. We do not control Discord and are not responsible for outages, Discord account actions, server interruptions, message deletion, role issues, bot failures, or changes to Discord features.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, abuse, dox, spam, scam, impersonate, or mislead other members or staff; post illegal content; solicit money, loans, wagers, or account access from members; share personal information or sportsbook account information that is not yours; post misleading claims of guaranteed wins; resell, scrape, leak, screenshot, republish, or redistribute our picks, content, channels, tools, or community materials; use bots or automation without permission; evade bans; or disrupt the Service.
We may moderate, remove content, restrict channels, change roles, suspend, or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected violations, legal risk, platform risk, payment issues, abusive behavior, or conduct we believe harms ClawStreetBets or the community. Termination for violations does not entitle you to a refund.
If you post, upload, submit, or share content in the Service, you represent that you have the rights to do so and that your content is lawful. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant ClawStreetBets a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, distribute, moderate, remove, and adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, protect, promote, and improve the Service.
We are not responsible for member-generated content. Member posts do not necessarily reflect our views, and we do not verify the accuracy, legality, or reliability of member content.
All content, branding, logos, designs, text, picks, pipelines, models, screeners, prompts, code, data organization, graphics, and materials provided through the Service are owned by ClawStreetBets or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access content for your own private use only. You may not copy, scrape, sell, sublicense, redistribute, commercialize, train models on, or create derivative services from any Service content without our prior written consent.
The Service relies on third parties including Whop, Discord, payment processors, data providers, odds sources, analytics tools, AI tools, and may reference sportsbooks, media, or external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, rules, prices, odds, lines, limits, account decisions, restrictions, promotions, or terms. Your use of those services is governed by their own agreements.
Odds, lines, injuries, availability, and market data change quickly and may differ by sportsbook, location, account, time, or device. Any links to sportsbooks or third-party services are provided for convenience only and are not an endorsement or instruction to wager. We may receive compensation, affiliate fees, referral fees, or other consideration from third parties if disclosed where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, availability, profitability, legality for your jurisdiction, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or compatible with any platform, sportsbook, or device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawStreetBets and its operators, owners, employees, contractors, moderators, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any betting, trading, gambling, financial, lost-profit, lost-opportunity, data, platform, account, or reputational losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClawStreetBets and its operators, owners, employees, contractors, moderators, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your bets or trades, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party terms, your user content, or your conduct toward any member or third party.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may also add, remove, rename, or restructure Discord channels, bots, roles, features, tiers, pricing, content formats, or member benefits at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
