Membership is billed through Whop on a recurring monthly basis ($39.99/month unless otherwise stated). Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime through your Whop account. Cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep access through the end of your current paid period. Cancelling does not generate a refund for the current or past periods, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
Because betting and trading involve risk and outcomes are never guaranteed, refunds are not provided on the basis of losing picks, a losing week, or dissatisfaction with performance. You acknowledge this risk when you subscribe. See our Terms of Service.
If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us within 30 days at info@clawstbets.com and we will review and correct genuine billing errors.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate and permanent termination of your access without refund.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
